I might be running out of pithy titles for my posts. But that’s the topic of today’s post. After my Baby Steps Towards perfection -post I went back to the reflection model of elementary particles of energy (dots), that I’ve been toiling over, and started looking for obvious errors to be corrected. Quite soon I realized that I hadn’t taken the Sphere of Reflection into account in the Baby Step -model, which introduces minor inaccuracies.
So that is what I did for today: took the lessons from the Sphere of Reflection -post and applied them to the Baby Steps -model. And this is how the shape changed:
With the red rings I can accurately define the location of dots along a neighboring path from the point of grazing of another dot.
And here is the shape in projections. First the y-z projection that shows the red rings best:
Next the y-z projection, that produces a surprising tilt to the previous to the same projection in the Baby Steps post:
And finally, the x-y projection, which appears the least changed:
While I won’t reveal it in this post, I realize from the above projections what my next step in the perfection of the model probably is. The model is already very good, but it still isn’t 100 % accurate.
The only way to get to full perfection is to find all the errors and fix them. This might take long, or could be finished in no time at all. Again, I’m hoping for the latter.
